Were quick to take our money and complete the initial work, but failed to respond to our repeated attempts of calling to get the gutters to drain properly. It holds water which makes the trough dirty and stained. I called about 20 times, I have sent pictures via a text number the office gave me, and 1 time a guy showed up, but of course; "he didn't have the right tools to fix it!" I wish we would have gone with a different company!

Above expectations! They really took time to explain what was to be done. Promised would look excellent upon completion, and they delivered. Eric came in person beforem duringm and after the job to assure we were satisfied. Had an adjustment to be made and had a crew back out quickly to fix. Highly recommend!!

The overall appearance of the gutters are great. However, two days after they were installed we had a rain and the gutters leaked in many places. They were installed on our back deck, after completion of the job our outdoor furniture was uncovered and scattered throughout. There were also many shards of metal all over the deck and yard, thank goodness my teenage son was in-tune enough with a mess to clean it up before our dogs or his little brother went on the deck. Installed approx 130' of guttering and 6 downspouts. It took them 3 days to install! The first time it rained we saw several leaks, and one place where the runoff from the roof completely misses the gutters. I have called, emailed, and texted several times to get this corrected, once time I did get ******* and he told me they would be out the following week. Had a proposal submitted 1 Mar to install approx 50 ft of gutter to an existing gutter system. Anthony told me the install would be between 13 and 17 Mar. Did not hear from the company for an install date so I called twice on the 13th for Info. No response. Called again on the 14th and left a message. Again no response. Anthony called me on Thursday afternoon the 16th and apologized. He asked if they could do the install on Saturday the 18th. I agreed. He said a crew would be out around 1000am.
