We have two gas fireplaces in our home and were having a lot of issues with the one in our Great Room. Our HVAC guys recommended this company and I'm so glad they did! Carliz, their technician, was spectacular. He diagnosed the problem with the fireplace within 5 minutes of being in our home. I called Architectural Fireplaces to service the gas fireplace at our new home. Alex was super friendly and helpful in answering my questions and setting up the visit. Jason, the technician, was incredibly thorough, friendly and answered all my questions (gas fireplaces are new to me, so I had a lot of questions).I hesitated calling them because they are out of state from me, but I’m so glad I did. Thank you!

Is it possible to have zero stars? This company installed mismatched stone on our fireplace and then claimed it was within standards. Perhaps that is correct, it’s within THEIR standards, which are obviously very low. Not only would I not recommend Architectural Fireplaces, I would caution anyone from working with this company.
