I'm a realtor here in Charleston and during an inspection for one of my buyer clients we noticed the foundation of the new construction home appeared to have some issues. We received a recommendation for Architectural Engineering Services and hired them to perform an assessment of the foundation. We were so pleased with the professionalism and detail in their assessment report. I work with the Charleston Gaillard Center and we contracted Michael Bailey with AES to help us with a temporary structure that we plan to have on-site for winter festivities.
