Wasn't a huge fan that the passenger in the Isuzu Cab over flatbed busted out a Dime - Weed Pen and proceeded to hit it and pass it to the driver for a hit before the line turned green. Normally not a snitch but the driver being under the influence is not good. Especially in a 16FT flatbed....
