I purchased a tile mural thru ebay from this company===this was a custom order for a a 24x48 etched in granite tile set to be used for a floor applicataion- would have been 8 12x12 tiles--I am not wealthy--and I saved fro a long time for this---it was more than double the one listed as a 24x36 hand painted one on ebay that was the model for mine---when it arrived it was not 24x48 it was 24x36--6 12x12 tiles--not large enough to fill the whole in my floor---at first I got no response from my requests to correct this problem--... read more
