After my total knee replacement surgery, I was going to a recommended physical th erapy facility. I was very disappointed with my progress and was disappointed that my physical therapist was working on three or four patients at the same time. After switching to Architech Physical Therapy it was as different as it could possibly be. Each patient has their one physical therapist who is working with them for their appointment. I booked appointment a few days ago for 8am and showed up on time and they said there was no appointment booked. She told me all the details about their location but didn't put me in the system and I didn't get notofication for it and she said since you didn't get notification means you didn't book. I didn't know I should expect the message when booking over the phone. Make sure you get notification when booking appointment. My daughter was tardy for school because of their mistake.

The atmosphere at Architect is great! Samantha and Ashlee are very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable right away. They keep you moving forward.
