We recently had the opportunity to experience the speed & agility program when it was offered in Concord through our soccer club as a supplement training. I registered and paid for 8 sessions and just after the 1st session my son showed signs of gaining his love for soccer back. Very efficient and effective at diagnosing and applying therapies that achieve the desired results.
staff are very friendly and are able to adapt workouts to fit any injury. they monitor progress and allow you to work at your pace. i have had neck and arm pain numbness and weakness for going on a year from Bell's Palsey and Nate has worked on the tension and opening the nerve path to help with numbness and neck pain. At least he has explained why it is taking it so long to heal. Great place and they work with young kids to older folks school sports issues or accidents .
Chandler was great with my 13 year old. He made her feel confident with the things he asked her to do, and even made things a little fun. It stinks to be injured, but it's nice to know there are good people to help with getting back in the game.
