I’m honestly thinking about quitting my job because this is the company they picked to manage our prescriptions and they are terrible.
Companies, please, please read these reviews before adding ArchimedesRX to your insurance policy. I've spent hours on the phone with them each week just trying to get the actual medication my doctor prescribed over a month ago. I can't imagine how horrible this experience is for people who depend specialty meds to survive. There is such a breakdown in communication there. Zero! Stars worse company ever!
Currently delaying my patients Oncology Care. This is incompetence at its finest. My patient with metastatic disease is without medication because they are trying to save a dollar!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE AND HAS NO SENSE OF URGENCY WHEN IT COMES TO SUPPLYING MEDS! I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH SINCE JANUARY FOR A SCRIPT TO GET FILLED! TOO BAD YOU HAVE TO SELECT AT LEAST ONE STAR......
