Currently delaying my patients Oncology Care. This is incompetence at its finest. My patient with metastatic disease is without medication because they are trying to save a dollar!

The company sucks. My daughter was without her meds for a month. Than the charge went from no money to 100 a month and they won't let her get a 90 day supply
We have recently had this company added to our benefits and it has been the absolute WORST experience!!!! Companies BE WARNED before you on board this for your employees! We cannot get a hold of anyone, neither can our oncologists office. When you call to ask questions, you get an automated service, and no one ever calls you back.
