Customer service in this place is absolutely shocking. Dropped truck off on Friday for a service, got done, paid the bill. No issues with that. Returned Monday (today) to pick it up 8:30. Got ignored in the office for 10 minutes by Jeff and his receptionist. I have asked multiple times to get the gate unlocked so I can get my truck and both have just completed ignored me. Very rude, very unprofessional. Overall waited over 40+ minutes to get a set of keys which has further delayed my day.
Quick and efficient service. Usually service trucks but due to the size of my motor home fitted me in for a roadworthy. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
