After the Blanco flood we had carpet on our lower floor that had to be replaced. We were considering having the concrete stained and sealed instead of replacing the carpet. Did my bungalow floors at Magnolia Beach. Four bungalows. Guests rave over the floors!. Just contacted them to do 3 garages downstairs we are making into living quarters. These guys are good!
