I don’t think there is a better word than “trust” to describe this level of service. I have serviced over 5 cars here, and if you’ve owned enough cars, you know issues arise, but even if there is an issue, they take care of it and stand by their service. That’s not common with mechanics… highly recommend
Archie's has taken care of me since moving here last year! They are extremely nice to talk with and will take care of any need brought to them. They are extremely accommodating and will lay things out to you very well! I highly recommend Archie's not only for there service but all around great people! Shout out to Ty for being extremely helpful, it doesn't go unoticed!
We have taken all three vehicles to Archie's for several years now. Outstanding service and transparent communication. Very detailed on what they're going to do and continually update if needed. Ty and Ron are top tier for customer service. Had a check engine light on and after diagnostic identified the issue and I approved the fix. After tearing down to get to the part the tech noticed a component inside the defective part not connected and attached it and resolved the problem. Friendly staff. Clean waiting area. Usually I come in for an oil change. They offer tire rotation with the oil change and that is a great bonus. This time I had a computer problem and they were able to get me in and diagnose the issues. They got the parts and took care of it for me. I highly recommend them. The only bummer this time was as I'm headed home I noticed the oil change sticker in the window says it is due.
