I would rate this facility 0 stars if I could. I have been going there for years now. Ever since the new doctor came it has been a disaster. I have asthma and need my medicine to function day to day. She recommended i go to pulmonary. I told her I would when I could but I'm very busy, I have 5 kids and work a fulltime job! I then missed 1 appointment because I forgot when it was. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I usually am seen by Peculiar Medical center, which is amazing to work with and has very knowledgeable staff members. Archie Medical is an outdated and poorly ran center. Women’s health deserves better!

Very rude experience over the phone. First time I called, they hung up on me after 30 seconds. I called back again and asked if they could hear me, said yes. I proceeded to ask if I can get in today, they said no and immediately hung up again.
My and myself have been going to this clinic since 2017 and I could not be any happier with the way we get treated... They treat us like family
