My family and I were unable to use our toilet for over 2 weeks before our landlords finally called in Archie Johnstone. Kyle immediately went to work sourcing out the problem. He was pleasant and worked hard and explained everything in a way I could understand. Now our toilet looks and works better than it has in the 6 years we have lived here. The landlords should have called these guys first!
The plumbing under our kitchen sink was leaking, and they repaired it the next day. The serviceman was chatty and friendly the whole time, explaining what he was working on. Cost was reasonable. Thanks folks!
Thank you for your outstanding service on Heat pump that needed repairs ,Your worker Nathan Mathews took the time explaining what needed fixing during the estimate but once he came back for the repair explained everything as he was working on Heat pump . After the repair was done he inspected and double checked all the readings on pump and thermostat’s in the home . Thanks again
