I've seen AJPH vans around town for decades and now I needed one. I wasn't strong enough to use the 30ft snake for the washer drain, especially with the angle. The service guy was very friendly, prompt, experienced and courteous and he brought a better tool. Neighbourly is a good word. Also, a quote from one of their competitors was $100 more and it's still not cheap.
I had a mixed experience with this company. The technician who came out was friendly, professional, and did his best to help. I have no complaints about his attitude or customer service. Unfortunately, after multiple service visits and approximately $2,000 in charges, the original issue was still not resolved. I ultimately had to hire a second company, who was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Thought Gord was great! He took the time to explain the situation so I could understand and gave me some possible solutions to my plumbing problems.
I would totally give the highest recommendation to Nanaimo Archie Johnstone plumbing. They had a challenging assignment, which included working in cramped and unsanitary conditions. Kyle did not hesitate and identified and fixed my water problems so efficiently and in such a positive manner. Amazing!!
