Recently purchased a used Volvo from Archibalds and couldn't be happier with the customer experience. Being located in the North Island we purchased sight unseen which is always a bit nerve racking but Isaiah in the Volvo sales team made sure we were fully informed along the way and that the car arrived in our location in excellent time and in excellent condition exceeding our expectations. Maybe I'll leave two reviews so that I can give them ten stars. The whole vibe here is about selling cars in a highly professional manner, but never pressuring the customer. Emma in the Volvo sales dept was terrific. She was patient and efficient, and she really cares about her customers. Took me 6 months to find the right car, and she was wonderful throughout.I am very happy with my experience, and with my new car.
