Just purchased an older Jaguar XF S and I took her to get WOF yesterday. Iris took my phone enquiry and Joel looked after me - awesome service from the meet and greet to the work carried out and follow up. The team accomodated my request for "while you wait" and gave me a lovely coffee and "accomodated" my various requests.
