I had my most recent service last month, and I truly appreciate all the patience and help from Harry Liu. He was extremely patient in answering all my questions—not only about the service but also about various aspects of vehicle mechanics. He always took the time to explain things in a clear and easy-to-understand way. His excellent customer service has definitely strengthened my loyalty to Volvo.
Volvo mechanic was unable to diagnose any problem of the vehicle even though he tried to make a scanner to get connected with the vehicle for over an hour but unsuccessfu,l and they charged full amount for the time that they've done nothing. Very unprofessional.
