COMPLAINT: I am extremely disheartened and disappointed with the after-sales service from Archibald. My experience has shown that their focus is on making the sale rather than supporting customers afterward. I would not recommend them to friends or family. I am still waiting for a call back from the manager, but it’s clear that follow-up and customer care are not a priority.
NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! Bought a $90k car that I was told it was immaculate! Turned up with panels not fitted correctly because they are broken and need replacing, front rotors below manufacturer minimum (shouldn’t have passed a wof) and rear tyres just above minimum limit (if I spent $10k I’d let it go but $90k I expect better)! Super easy and stress-free buying our second Land Rover. Very helpful and professional team. Connor and Roni were awesome and really helpful even after the sale support.
Had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Roni yesterday. The Dealership, Car and Roni were all well presented. Roni was very Professional and there was no pressure. We left very happy and what a great experience it was, all credit to Roni and the teem.
Their building alarm constantly goes off and they don't care. Locals have complained to no avail. Be wary of this lot as they likely don't care about car buyers either.
