Archetype is hands down the #1 gym in Raleigh. The sense of community at the gym is unmatched. It really is a family and all are welcome.
Great gym with great people-Plenty of deadlift/squat/bench spots and other machines/free weights for accessory work. Training is great and incredibly priced given the expertise of the trainers :] Shout outs to Will for helping me increase my deadlift 50lbs before a meet.
Archetype Gym is a total game changer! It’s super clean, open all day and night, and has the best vibes. Being able to change the music makes the experience even better. I never had the confidence to work out before, but this gym made me feel at home from day one. Highly recommend!
One of the best gyms I've been to, and certainly the best in Raleigh as far as I'm concerned. 3 locations for the price that most serious gyms charge for 1 is impossible to beat, and each location has their own unique feel. If youre coming from a standard commercial gym this definitely has a bit more of a "hardcore" vibe at first glance, but after a session or two here you'll realize it is an extremely chill and positive environment.
