Card getting charged after cancelling for 8 months. I moved out of Raleigh and needed to cancel, I followed there rules of submitting online to cancel and even got an email back as you can see on January 1st, 8 months ago at this point. EVERY SINGLE MONTH, since then i've gotten charged for a membership, below shows my credit card charges. Great gym. Be aware of no summer AC at this location. Just a place with generally good attitudes. Little to no staff other than trainers means no up selling. Most members behave well.

I would like to start by saying this I do want to cancel my membership and will be. Also, I would like a full refund still. This place is garbage. ⭐ 1 Star I visited all three Archetype Strength locations in Raleigh, and unfortunately, the experience got progressively worse. Two of the three locations I visited did not have the abductor/adductor equipment I needed. I tried modifying my workout using the Smith machine, only to find that the available foam bar pad was completely split down the middle and essentially unusable. ... read more
