Kelly motivates you do always do your personal best. She makes sure you are using good form and having fun while you work your muscles. I have discovered muscles I never knew I had and doing exercises I always thought world be too difficult for me to handle. Kelly made that possible by being there and making me see I was stronger than I thought. Working out with Kelly is fun, exhausting and highly motivating. Kelly is truly one of a kind. A true motivator and friend.
Kelly is a very motivational fitness instructor. Her classes are a great combination of strength training and cardiovascular exercise with nutrional advice as well. As a distance runner, her classes are a great complement to my other training.
