Ordered the homage to Herman Miller Eames Lounge chair online. My case was unusual and required expedited shipping. I got incredible service from Kevin, timely follow-ups via chat and a no-frills experience. Assembly was minimal and took barely 3 minutes. They even over-packed the chair with extra bubble wrap to protect the leather upholstery. Absolutely underrated shop.
