If you’ve ever been to a movati athletics gym or any fitness facility similar, do not sign up here you will be disappointed. The gym is really warm and there are no fans? Half of the lockers don’t work. The woman’s steam room light is covered in mold! The steam generator is either also growing mold or just grossly stained ! Soap dispensers are frequently low ? The facility is generally very good. Great open space with lots of windows and natural light. Modern, well-maintained equipment, but a bit light on traditional weight benches. The emphasis on personal training makes it feel slightly unwelcoming if you are just there to work out. In addition, they should actively discourage people from sitting on equipment and texting, which blows up a rest between sets. Been training with Cesar for 2 years—he’s the best. Love my mornings at Archetype: great space, great vibes, and always kicked off by Vlad or Sharon, who are super friendly and helpful.
