Absolutely loved the year I spent at this gym! Highly recommend. My favourite trainer was definitely Ashley, known for how awesome she makes the strength training class. Thanks for the experience it felt like being at home!
Underground parking, clean, lots of classes and not too busy! Front staff is super friendly, definately happy I made the switch
Good facilities, but I would not recomend. Lack of flexibility in multiple ways.
If you're getting back into shape, this is the place for motivation! The trainers are excited to help and bring a "let's do it" energy to the gym. The facility itself is well-managed. Some days are busy with group classes, but again... it's nice to see elite athletes pushing themselves towards their goals!
Absolutely love the gym! I’ve had the entire experience with gyms from planet fitness, to GoodLife, evolve, glenora, and now here. Ultimately this place blows away every workout space in the entire city. Every day I walk in, I am consistently greeted with the same friendliness and enthusiasm from all the staff members. In particular however, Rose and Nelly go absolutely above and beyond in the members service experience and truly find every way to accommodate any inconvenience I may have.
