Going over Elephant Hill in Canyonlands, one of my sway bar links decided to come apart. I drove back to Moab carefully, but recognized that I should get a replacement before cruising all the way back to Colorado. Pat was amazing. He instantly knew my car's make, model, and submodel just by eyeballing it - all he asked for was the year. The repair took about an hour longer than expected (that thing was rusted bad!), but he still only charged me for the original estimated cost. Nice, professional, and clearly an expert!
