About this business
We are a community based social landlord providing 1300 affordable homes in Sheffield and Rotherham. We were formed in 1975 as a small organisation to renovate old houses into quality homes and to stop the communities of North Sheffield being broken up by slum clearance. Although we have grown and now serve communities across Sheffield and Rotherham.

Been left with know running water! Alex, out of hours said there is nothing he could do. So me and my little girl have no running water
I highly rate Arches housing association. They are caring and fair. Always helpful, prompt to respond to any problems,and willing to listen. I feel really lucky to have a flat with them.
I have been an Arches tennant for about 30 years I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about them, I have never had any negative encounters with them, repairs are done very quickly and done well, more recently I have just had my boiler replaced this close to Xmas they made sure it was done so that we didn't go without heat and hot water over the Xmas period, as their main contractor couldn't do it soon enough they used a different contractor to ensure it was done, they were here within the hour and thats the day b... read more
I wouldn’t even give it a one star review the housing association don’t care about anyone other then stick up for the person in the wrong and no investigation we was bullied out of our property from one of there tenants we was council and she was with arches housing association we had to leave because of violence and they never went to see her or look at the evidence we had she has broken her tenant agreement by harassing use and making noise nothing was done so don’t go with this housing association because they dont invest... read more
