Well I have Parkinsons and need a stand up type walker and Archers is doing everything in there power to get it approved for me. Charley is definitely going above and beyond to help and that is truly rare extremely rare to find this level of customer service. I will update this review with pictures when I get the walker if the Equipment is half as good as the service I'm in for a real treat . Will update this review as more information comes available
This afternoon, I went to Archer’s Total Home Healthcare looking for a knee boot for a dance related injury involving my left ankle, foot, and leg. Yes, I’ve seen a doctor, and had X-rays. The woman who “helped” me was verbally rude. I put the boot on to try it out, and I didn’t tighten the velcro to her liking. I know the limitations of what my injury can take. Horrible experience! I had an almost new cpap machine which I no longer needed. I called and spoke with a guy named Zach. He quoted me at least $350. I asked if he would be there the following day, he said yes. I drove down from Knoxville, he wasn't there, I spoke to Jessica, she remarked at the great condition, which it is, only used a few times. She said she could only do $250 but owner, Charlie, could do more but was out of the office, I said i didn't want to to drive but felt comfortable leaving it for $250 and speaking ... read more
Sweetwater branch is great, people are wonderful. DO NOT use the one in Athens. Made 3 trips in there months apart, received nothing but rudeness. One time ~~ every one has a bad day. Second time,~~~time to reevaluate, third time,~~~ I am done . Again if you want to deal with rude people, go to Athens. Want a real place use Sweetwater.
