My experience has been awful. These house are an example of over promised under delivered. And the crews building additional houses in this subdivision are disrespectful of the residents already moved into their homes and the DR Horton management promise to address this but as of today and after multiple complaints nothing has changed. The attention to details, fit and finish and quality of things like the yard, fixtures and appliances are substandard at best. Beautiful large homes with in the heart of Johnson City.
Love are home
I worked with Matt Bright during a personal home purchase. He was phenomenal from start to finish. I had not yet had experience in new construction but he held our hands every step of the way to a successful close. We are very happy with our home and the DR Horton team has been very easy to work with regarding any warranty items. I would happily buy another DR Horton home with Matt and his trusted teammates.
