Profesional service ,Definitely there when needed ,great service
Warranty companies are terrible. Cant blame the HVAC companies that get your claims. This company went above and beyond for me and my family. They dealt with the insurance company for me so that I didn't have to do a thing. I was always able to communicate with Archers in a timely manner. The techs were great with communicating what was wrong with my system, the secretary handled my scheduling and insurance issues promptly. I have cancelled my insurance company and will only be going through Archers!
Horrible… wish I could have given it 0 stars…keep in mind the person that answers your phone can make or break a business.. would not recommend
Although I deal with a home warranty program (Cinch) who I agree with most reviews about them. They are in it for themselves, they send wrong parts, they take forever to send someone to perform the service and it looks like they choose incompetent companies to service or repair your hvac system. Archer recommends repairs, the warranty company locates the cheapest parts they can find after disregarding the hvac companies recommendations.
