Although I deal with a home warranty program (Cinch) who I agree with most reviews about them. They are in it for themselves, they send wrong parts, they take forever to send someone to perform the service and it looks like they choose incompetent companies to service or repair your hvac system. Very affordable, quick response, great techs. What else do you need?
Warranty company called them out to replace my Trane. It was replaced with a Goodman. Probably warranty companies fault. Didn’t take them long to install. Was told it would be all day. Things they moved, they didn’t put back. Left stuff out in the weather. Threw stuff around in the crawl space they were working in. They never answered the phones or called back but was sure quick to answer/call when it was time to collect the $500 in “uncovered” charges they say the warranty company doesn’t cover.
