I went in thinking I needed a replacement microwave. Explained situation to Misty. She said before buying another go home, check the plug in. I came home, checked the back, and sure enough the plug-in had worked its way out of socket. Theses are honest , hardworking knowledgeable people not rip offs as some have posited on this site, shame on you.
