One receptionist I saw was so helpful and sweet even when I was panicked and anxious. Dr Reddy was fantastic to me the few times I saw him, he really listened, had empathy and will be missed.
I went to this practice as a 13 year old seeking help for my deteriorating mental health. I saw Dr Sama and I was immediately dismissed and made to feel like my problems did not matter due to my age. The fact that her profile on the Archer Street website says she specialises in teens with anxiety and depression is laughable. One thing I remember clearly was her telling me that my self harm was not serious enough and since I was not burning myself it was not an issue. This place ruined my life. I came here for help, I was and still am struggling and all I got was addiction to pills, even though the doctor knew about my previous addiction, she lied and told me ‘these pills aren’t addictive’ then switched it up when I became addicted and said ‘oh yes they are addictive’ I don’t think I’ll ever be able to get off from them and if I do, it will be a miracle. I go to a doctor for help and all they give is something that ruins your life and then bails on you because you’re now too complex.
An organised clinic with helpful reception staff. Leiemma Canty was a wonderful and engaging OT for my son.
