I hired Archer Mechanical via HomeAdvisor. William rescheduled and pushed off my appointment over a period of 10 days. On they day that the work was to be performed he did not call or show up in the morning, I called him and he said he would show up in 2 hours. 3 hours later he said 2 more hours. 2 hours later he said 90 minutes. 90 minutes later he said he wasn't going to come do the work. Archer mechanical repaired our furnace for just over $200 after another company tried to tell us it couldnt be repaired and a new furnace was our only option. Very professional, quick, no trip charge or other bs fees. They have my business from now on!
