I had a service appointment this morning to see why my check engine light was on. After arriving (which was a 20 mile drive for me), they told me that it would be at least a week and a half before anyone could look at it and that I'd need to leave my car there for at least that long. It take five days and they still havenāt check or find out what wrong with car new 2025 kia sportage hybride ENGINE OVERHEATING PROBLEM WITH 2300 miles since new or march 2025. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE We picked up our vehicle and it was FILTHY inside. They didn't care (and read other reviews because apparently this is a common occurrence). I started home and my engine quit on the freeway. They had removed all the oil and not replaced it. I called to get assistance and Garry was rude and dismissive. They take way too long for diagnostics or to have someone to actually put their hands on and look at your vehicle. I had to call multiple times for an update on my car and they NEVER picked up. Had my friend call them and they answered immediately. I'll let you guys reach to your conclusions on that one. After than they never called back.
