Terrible experience. In specific the service department. They’ve had my car for almost a month with no correspondence unless I initiate it. Then they increase the diagnostic fees for my vehicle but don’t diagnose for another 2 weeks. The service personnel is deplorable. “What do you want me to do about it?” Is the LAST thing a customer service person should be saying to anyone. I should have done my own research on the dealership before going. The Dealer has a F rating with the BBB and also tons of negative reviews online. I went to the dealer and was told the car I wanted that was listed for sale for 26490msrp would only be sold to me if I waited 6 hours for them to do dealership add on's most of which had no value. The add on package was 3600 and would not sale it without. I asked them to save there time and not add the items and just charge me the MSRP. They would not! I was told they have peopl... read more

Should have listened to my father when he said Archer KIA are con artists. I dropped my car off 6/27 because the A/C was blowing hot air. The unit when on sounded like air blowing through a tunnel, whistling. I heard nothing for days but I waited. On 7/6 I called and spoke to Javier. They don't show my car checked in, not in inventory, they don't know where it is. Later that afternoon, Javier calls back they had located my car. He claimed they were having system issues. Trey *** at Archer Kia told me a vehicle was available knowing I had to drive over four hours to the dealership in Houston to pick it up. On Monday morning after driving over three of the four hours he texted me telling me the vehicle sold two days prior on Saturday! He and the Manager Ryan ******** told me there was nothing they can do about it even though the truck was still sitting on the lot as we spoke on the phone. Don’t do business with this dealership, they don’t keep their word.

bought my kia rio brand new in 2017.. Paid my car off on time. now at 63000 miles my clutch has gone out. Warranty sais 100k miles on the power train. I called the service department and was told the clutch only has a 1 year warranty. What a load of **. what that tells me is they put garbage parts in new cars knowing that the parts will not last and refuse to warranty them. Will never go back to kia again
