I found my new favorite NYC hotel. Everything about the experience was perfect: clean rooms, polite staff, safe access to hotel and elevators, nice food and drinks. The location is ideal with easy access to the subway and path train.

Let me tell you everyone in the lobby including the greeters are so kind and helpful. Shoutout to Sharon for being so amazing. She helped me book the area upstairs at spyglass for my engagement and she helped me through every step. Very nice hotel. Clean and rooftop bar was great. Room was small, but it’s nyc.
Gran servicio, personal profesional y atento. Trato familiar al ser un hotel boutique. Habitaciones modernas, bellamente decoradas y con unas vistas increíbles las orientadas al Empire. Merece la pena pagar el suplemento por tener esas increíbles vistas. Los baños son amplios, bonitos y modernos. Dan agua y café de cortesía. Excelente ubicación, céntrico junto a Bryant Park, pero no en todo el bullicio. Un gran hotel. Repetiré en él si regreso a NY. Gracias Haresh y a todo el equipo de la familia de Madrid.
