This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Everything is spotless and feels brand new, with excellent service. The price was very reasonable for the area, parking is free, and we even received a $25 voucher for the café. Beautiful modern design, great location, and surrounded by restaurants — a perfect base for visiting Boston and Salem.
It’s not my first time staying with the archer hotel. I’ve stayed in other locations and loved the hotel. This was no different. The customer service was so nice. The hotel was clean and beautiful. No regrets on staying there and will always look for an archer hotel if available. Kid friendly pet friendly and the beds are super comfortable!
Great location, nice rooms. Guest services was the best part, because the power went out while we were there and the pool was closed the whole time. They were soooo kind, and they brought my son some special treats bc he was bummed about the pool being closed. I wasn't going to leave a review until we had the amazing customer service support. Thank you ladies!
