Archer Heating and Air was referred to me as we were using home warranty people that weren't getting the job done. I called Joey, knowing that it's summer time and he would be busy, he said he would try to fit us in since we've been without AC for a week. He kept in touch, showed up when he said he was going and fixed the job right, we have enjoyed AC since then. I recommend Archer Heating and Air very highly if you want the job done right the first time.
Highly recommend this company to anyone in need. Joey is so attentive and is fast and very reliable. Fast service and great customer service. I called because our heater was blowing cold air. He was here right away and had it back up and running within 10-15 minutes.. Couldn’t be without heat in this freezing weather. I will continue to be a returning customer for all our air and heat needs in the future .. thanks again! You were a life saver!

Joey and his team were amazing! After my home's HVAC unit went out we started shopping around to find someone we trusted to do the job. Price wise, Joey came in lower than all the other quotes but most importantly he was the ONLY one who took the time to explain to me WHY my old unit was now dead. He installed 2 new units for us in the matter of an afternoon and was very accommodating around getting it scheduled. He even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was still working out ok!
