From the very beginning, I was really impressed with Archer Collision Center. When I first went in for my estimate, Scott did a very thorough inspection and actually took the time to walk me through everything. He explained each item in detail, including their OEM replacement policy and the procedures they follow, and why all of that matters when it comes to safety. Zero Stars across the board. The most terrible customer service experience I have ever received. They are a bunch of scammers and will try to trick you into thinking you “have to” drop your car off just for a simple estimate. Then they take over a week to give an estimate, just overcharge your insurance, and when you want to go somewhere else, they want to charge you crazy fees because they have you sign documentation under duress. I have taken two of my vehicles to this location to be repaired. The first experience was great! The second one could have been much better. It was (what I thought to be) a simple rear end repair. I dropped my vehicle off on 8/16/2021 and was finally able to pick it up on 11/1/2021. Shipping delays were the cause of the extended turnaround time for this repair. When I picked up the vehicle, my driver seat cover was ripped and the gas tank was left at 25 miles until empty. I am not sure how the tank was nearly run dry as it w... read more

I'll keep it simple. Don't take your car here. It's a Volkswagen dealership, so I brought my Volkswagen here thinking I'd get better service... I did not. They even claimed to not have parts and have to get aftermarket ones. My car is still in their shop, and it's been a month. I have to call them for updates, and they clearly don't care. Find yourself a well-rated mechanic and avoid this place. I'll try and give an update when my car is done. Very bad people very liar. They try to steal your money for nothing. I sent the tow truck to pick up my vehicle and they try to charge him for nothing. You are very bad. I don’t recommend this place.
