Terrible communication. I was told 3 times within a week I would need to drop my vehicle off for the day to get a diagnostic. I took time off work and dropped it off the night before. I called in the next morning to confirm them receiving the vehicle & keys. They said yes and would have an answer by the end of the day. I called them 30 mins before closing and asked since I heard nothing from them. They said they have not touched it and might not till NEXT WEEK. Went in there and no one was there to help. They were short staffed.
Been going there for about 20 years now. Mostly just to get my cars inspected. On the few occasions I have had issues with my car and needed repairs, they got the car taken care of, repaired or referred me to specialists. Just heads up, they are always busy. But worth the wait.
Fantastic. Honest, solid. Very good mechanic
I happen to find a used car that they had for sale nice car runs well
