Not sure why Dr Brett Archer is getting low ratings here. I saw him around 13 years ago for a Rhinoplasty after I asked a Rhino surgeon to refer me to someone who will not leave a visable scar and also fix and go in and get rid of the bump, hook and bulbus nose I had. Of course the amount of fractures my nose has had it was not expected I could ever get my nostrils the same size again or that my nose will ever be 'normal', in which he set the expectation very clearly to me and my main goal was to fix the broken cartilage whi... read more

Got rhinoplasty 10 or so years ago with Brett, horrendous result - had a revision elsewhere. The super annoying thing, is he took to much out of my bridge (amongst other things) which can’t really be “added back” so no revision can really help with some aspects of his work. Not a particularly skilled surgeon to say the least.
