Initially, my purchase experience with a used Ford Escape Hybrid SE was satisfactory. At the time of purchase, I wasn't notified that there was a serious open recall on my vehicle, although I found a car fax report inside my glove compartment about two weeks after purchasing the car. I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and while the staff, particularly Sam, were very pleasant and knowledgeable, there were some significant drawbacks to the experience. On the positive side, Sam was friendly and helpful, providing valuable information about the vehicle I was interested in. Financed a 2010 Toyota Corolla LE with 113K miles for $9500. The dealer sold me the car with the power locks and tire pressure light on. I took it back to get it fixed and they did it for free. I thought that would be the end but I was wrong. After a week my car started to have a bunch of problems. The car needed a new radiator, battery, control arms, timing belt and water pump. Sam was an outstanding salesman. I drove down with my father to grab a car, and Sam was very helpful and informative through the phone, and in person. He helped me understand a lot of what goes into buying a car and gave me a bunch of options that fit my scenario. I would highly recommend this place as their cars are smogged, and checked by a mechanic before putting it in their inventory. If I have any issues I’ll update the review, but so far, 5 stars from me!
