I moved to Perth in May 2025 and I am getting married in March 2026 back in New Zealand. 10/10 lovely store and dresses but the thing that stood out the most was Alisa’s customer service she was so nice to work with, made amazing suggestions, was very attentive and took her time to show us colour swatches we had been to another store and were almost certain on the dress we wanted but got it from here instead because Alisa was so kind, priced matched the delivery fee and just made us feel so comfortable and welcome 🥰

My sister-in-law and I were getting very desperate after exhausting all avenues for a formal dress for an up coming wedding. Fiona was absolutely exceptional, patient, attentive, and so respectful of my budget. She truly listened to what I wanted, and thanks to her, I found my dream dress on my very first day of looking! The store was also beautiful and spotless, making the whole experience even more special.
