Re: Dr. Tsugios Had an appointment at 10 a.m. and arrived at 9:55. Leanne at reception was clearly distracted and didn't see me come in, and welcomed the next person instead. When I brought it to her attention that I was next, she said I would be seen right away after this patient. Waited for an additional 45 minutes, and Leanne accepted the following patient because I had "arrived late" and there was nothing she could do.
