Understaffed, unresponsive and disorganized. Prime Manhattan location a big plus.
Wanted to add I was there and discharged 5 weeks ago. Unprofessional facility. Horrible food you cannot even identify what it is. Coffee is water and served with 3 meals. The only thing I could eat was Raisin Bran or Cheerios. There for 10 days. You are there to heal and you should be getting fruits and vegetables but the little portion they served were canned.
