My grandma was here for a couple of years the staff made her feel like family. Bingo was her favorite my mom could sleep at night knowing she was in good hands
The Therapy Department was great (5+ days per week). They worked with my mother (87years old) to get stronger after her injury. The nurses and aides on the rehab unit were attentive, compassionate and kind. It was always nice to see Father Bill throughout the facility and to have many opportunities to receive the sacraments and attend Mass on Sundays. The display of Catholic symbols throughout the facility made it very comforting.
My brother is currently a resident on the 5th floor Huntington’s Unit. The staff is spectacular and embodies what it means to give individualized care. From the nurses to the CNAs to the dining room staff, they all know each resident and make the unit a home. Michelle and Curran communicate with family members and make sure we are kept informed of happenings on the unit and with our family members. Archcare Ferncliff has an outstanding Memory Care/ Alzheimer's unit. The facility has high standards, is very clean and the staff is second to none. Nurse Pauline is incredible in so many ways and Michelle, Aministrative Director is second to none! They, along with too many staff members to mention have truly made a difference to many people's lives.
