I’ve been going to this dentist for nearly 20 years but now I’m looking for a new one due to this office’s unprofessionalism. They frequently reschedule or cancel appointments on short notice and prioritize the Toledo office over everything else. The dentist is also very overweight and presses his belly against the side of my head while working and it’s extremely awkward. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
They always reschedule my appointments the day before or the day of. Last time I left work early to make it to my appointment.They called me 2 hours before and asked me to come in later. When I got there I still had to wait for over an hour. So I ended up leaving work early for nothing. This has happened several times now. I’ll be looking for a new dentist.
