Well… If you’re in the market for a premium car at the most competitive price Arch Auto Highland Park. Brian Yin hooked me right up withy new to me, GX 460. They live up to all the reviews where the customer got what they were looking for hassle free. Recommend coordinating method of payment(s), to make the process as seamless as possible.
Purchased a vehicle in December and had it shipped, reasonably smooth process but there were several issues with the car that should have been disclosed or fixed prior to selling.
It was a pleasure doing business with Arch Automotive. From the moment I inquired about the car that I was interested in online to receiving help with all of my questions and being guided along with the process, I truly can’t recommend this dealership enough. Will, the general manager, was always upfront and straightforward with everything and never made me feel pressured like I’ve always felt at other car dealerships. If I do ever have any other car needs in the future, Arch Automotive will be first on my list.
