Office staff incredibly rude especially Allie who answers the phone. Refuses appts, “call back in May.” Refuses to transfer to leave a message for any nurse for questions. Doctor impossible to get into to get care. Cannot transfer to another GI dr because no one in town will allow a second opinion. If you have previously seen any other GI practice they refuse you.
as my GI and HEPATOLOGIST for years, use to be an alcoholic so she treated me that way. I suffered for years with GI issues and last year was bedridden for a year. I kept saying it was my gallbladder she did unnecessary testing that didn't match symptoms that were normal only issues seen were for gallbladder. During one of my hospitalizations a surgeon took the time to look through old files and found a hida scan she signed off on as normal that wasnt and he removed it. She was arrogant, treated me like I was insignificant and an idiot, didn’t explain things at all.
Professional and efficient. She treated me like a human being and not like a sewer drain. I will request her from now on for a colooscopy.
Very thorough, prescribes and orders tests with best interest of patient in mind.
