Dr Maini is an exceptional oncologist. Her extensive knowledge, patience, and genuine care have been a blessing to my husband. After his hospital admission, where many doctors expressed concern about his condition, Dr. Maini developed an effective treatment plan that got him started on the right path. Dr. Maini has been managing my grandmothers Multiple Myeloma for about 2 years now and she is great. She is empathic and willing to try whatever works for her patients. She was very understanding with my grandma's concern to not be in pain during the process and the treatment plan she is receiving is working very well. I know doctor's offices sometimes have a bad reputation with their front desk but overall we cannot complain; we just have to stay on top of what needs to be done. Love Dr. Maini but her assistant Helen has the worst attitude. Since the time I called to make my first appointment she's been nothing but rude. Very sour lady. I'm not sure if she runs the office but they have an organization issue, it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I went for my follow up appointment and the office was closed. Time to find another oncologist.
