HAVE CALLED SINCE SEPT. 23 JUST TO GET AN ORDER TO THEIR LAB FOR BLOOD WORK REQUIRED FOR A PROLIA SHOT. Its now Oct. 1 and still there is no order.
I didn’t have to wait long. They’re always very nice very friendly very knowledgeable.
I liked her attention to the details. She is young but very knowledgeable and listens to the patient statements carefully.
The appts. are always prompt. The pa is very thorough and Dr Parmenter listens to me and has always answered all my concerns
