I had Dr. Bansal as my primary when I learned my medical records had been cyber-attacked and switched with someone else for $46K ransom. I told her, but after being yelled at 3 times and told to just sit down and shut up I fired her. Wouldn’t approve of the CT scan ordered by Carter Imaging doctor. Nearly cost me $3K as I had to get new primary to approve the scan that found the Liver mass with lesions to be benign. She does not listen. Yells at patients with anxieties and fear of physicians.
