Derek is a great lawyer! I was on my 3rd dui within 2 years and with the enhancement law applying I was set to sit in jail for 90 days, and I would’ve missed the birthday of my first born and most likely loose my job, but do to his hard work he was able to work a deal for me to delay my turn in day until after my baby was born as well as getting me week days at home during custody, so I only have to do weekends in the work house for 20 days also getting to be home to help my girlfriend on a 60 day house arrest.
